CO2 laser has been the gold standard for facial/skin regeneration since the 1990’s. It is the only modality to effectively cause significant changes in skin texture, elimination of scars & wrinkles & to rejuvenate the collagen matrix & bring about revascularization of aging skin. It softens aged skin & tightens loose elastin fibrils. It can be used for “sun-worshippers” that are now paying for the “sins of their youth” In short- it can be used to tighten “creepy loose skin" and create lasting effects.


Problems arose when practitioners, not well-versed in laser wavelengths or non-surgical trained users, caused significant damage to their patients. Since then, Erbium & other less powerful lasers emerged on the market. These also had significantly less down time for the patients. Yet they did not cause the “drastic changes" many came to admire with the CO2 laser.

Please be aware: if you decide to do CO2 laser, you must commit to daily sunscreen & avoid tanning the treated areas. Downtime ranges from 3-10 days (before you are able to apply makeup or c over up).

Clear + Brilliant Laser Skin Care Treatments

The Clear + Brilliant laser is a non-invasive, gentle skin resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin tone, texture, and overall radiance with minimal downtime.

Here’s the breakdown:

What it is:

  • A fractional laser that creates millions of tiny treatment zones in the skin.
  • Stimulates collagen production and encourages new, healthy skin cells to replace damaged ones.
  • Often called a "mini Fraxel" because it’s less aggressive but still effective.

What it helps with:

  • Early signs of aging (fine lines, dullness, rough texture)
  • Sun damage and pigmentation

  • Overall skin brightness and smoothness

How it feels:

  • A warm, prickly sensation during treatment
  • Usually, a topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to make it comfortable
